This foam beam is ideal for beginners as it allows gymnasts to practise at floor level.

The central line serves as a guide for alignment of the body during exercises. The 8 cm height reduces anxiety and allows gymnasts to train safely. The beam is stable and comfortable, and its foam material allows gymnasts to perform numerous repetitions without risk of injury or strain.

The self-gripping strips can be used to join several identical beams together.
