You can also use the 2.5 kg technique plates in combination with heavier bumper plates to be able to make small steps forward in weight. This is of course also possible with even smaller steps with the Pivot Fitness Micro Plates.
Note: The technique plates are only suitable for improving your technique and not for dropping the bar when only
the 2.5 kg plates are on the bar.
