The knife features a Drop Point profile blade, which is made of tough 154CM tool steel, hardened to 58-60 HRC. 154CM is a high-carbon stainless steel enriched with molybdenum, so it can be described as an improved version of 440C.
Drop Point is considered one of the most versatile knife blade profiles. Thanks to its use, the Kizer Feist is characterized by excellent cutting properties.
American 154CM steel is valued for its resistance to corrosion and wear (high impact strength), long maintenance of working sharpness and relative ease of sharpening.
The blade is coated with a black protective coating to prevent minor scratches and reduce glare.

The handle is made of modern material
The Kizer Feist V3499C3 features handle linings made of red Denim Micarta - created by combining multiple layers of denim fabric using resin and glue. The handle provides a comfortable grip thanks to its denim imitation texture and makes the knife fit well in the hand.
The Kizer folder on the right side of the handle has a Deep Carry clip installed, allowing the knife to be carried discreetly deep in a pocket.
