The Hastings Neoprene Kettlebells are the original Russian kettlebells but are equipped with a neoprene coating. The neoprene coating protects your floor and makes sure that the kettlebells are not damaged when they accidentally bounce against each other.
The ketllebells are entirely casted and have a solid, professional appearance. The neoprene kettlebells are available in various matt colors so the different weight classes can be quickly identified. In addition, the bottom is flattened to prevent rolling and keep the kettlebell firmly in place.
Training with kettlebells is not without danger. Especially during dynamic exercises where you swing the kettlebell with extreme high forces the risc of injury is high. Proper breathing and learning the correct training technique is a requirement!
