With the Newton Fitness Commercial Smith Power Rack CSR-300 you can provide your entire body with a complete workout. For example, you can train with an Olympic barbell and the station consists of a Smith Machine, a pull-up station and a cable system with a unique function: you can choose a 1:1 or 1:2 weight ratio! This makes the device suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes. In addition, the device comes with various accessories and the device can optionally be expanded with various options.

J-Hooks and Spotters
The Newton Fitness CSR-300 comes standard with 1 set of J-Hooks and 1 set of Spotters with which you can train with a separate Olympic barbell. The J-hooks and Spotters can be adjusted to many heights, making many exercises possible. Exercises such as Bench Press, Incline Bench Press, Military Press and Squats. The desired height can be set quickly and easily. Both the J-hooks and Spotters are equipped with rubber strips to protect the barbell and the J-hooks and Spotter Arms themselves.
Smith Machine
With the help of the Smith Machine you can perform your exercises safely. The bar of the Smith Machine is mounted on bearings and ensures a smooth movement and a great workout. In total there are 12 different heights at which you can place the bar of the Smith Machine and its Safety Spotters. The total length of the bar is 204 cm and the capacity for Olympic weight plates is 33 cm on each side.
Functional Trainer
The station contains 2 height-adjustable, tiltable pulleys with which you can perform your cable exercises. Think of exercises such as chest fly's, biceps curl, triceps pushdown, rear delt fly's, etc. In total, there are 18 different heights possible. Cable exercises are effective and are a valuable addition to your workout.
Aluminium pulleys
The Newton Fitness CSR-300 comes standard with high-quality aluminum pulleys, which makes every cable exercise feel smooth. Aluminum pulleys are stronger than plastic pulleys and also give the device a professional look.
Weight stack 2 x 90 kg, with ratio 1:2 or 1:1
The station comes standard with 2 weight stacks of 90 kg each, which you use as a counterweight for the cable exercises. The standard ratio of each pulley is 1:2, but by connecting both pulleys on each side, you can adjust the ratio to 1:1. This means that the maximum actual weight on each side is 90 kg. This is a handy feature that you will not find on every machine.
Pull Up Bar and Suspension Hook
Using the specially shaped pull-up bar of the machine, you can perform pull-ups, chin-ups and other exercises. The outer grip is provided with a rubber layer, which makes it feel comfortable. In the middle of the Pull Up Bar you will find a hook where you can hang a suspension trainer.
