The attachment set is easy to assemble and once mounted you can enjoy the quality that BodyCraft is known for. The bar of the Smith Machine is mounted on bearings and ensures a very smooth operation and a nice workout.

If you want to put the bar back after your workout, you can simply turn it backwards. There are 20 different heights in total on which you can place the bar of the Smith Machine, making many exercises possible. You will also find on each side safety spotters you can adjust in height to accommodate the bar; This allows you to train safely with the Smith Machine. The total length of the bar is 214 cm and the capacity of the Olympic weight plates is approximately 35 cm on each side.
