BodyCraft Landmine dla SG1

The BodyCraft Landmine for SG1 is specially designed to be connected to the BodyCraft SG1 Super Gym. Using the Landmine attachment and an Olympic barbell, you can add a number of exercises to your training schedule, such as the T-Bar Row, Oblique Twist, Landmine Shoulder Press, etc. By training with the Landmine you can work on training strength and stability. The one side of the Olympic barbell in the Landmine and on the other side you can place Olympic weight plates as a counterweight, as well as different handles for the different exercises.
