We present TOH load plates under the HMS brand, designed for the Olympic bar.
Made of durable steel. The outer layer is a rubber. It is easy to clean and moreover, it absorbs impacts so it protects the floor from damages and it deadens the fall. Three handles in each, even the smallest plate, enable to change the load quickly and comfortably. Moreover, they can be easily used as an alternative to dumbbells.
