Taidea (360/1200) TG1007 is a manual sharpener which uses two types of abrasives: diamond and ceramic. This allows both the initial sharpening of the knife and the final smoothing of the cutting edge to high sharpness.
Thanks to the system of sharpening wheels, the sharpener enables convenient sharpening in two directions.
The choice of sharpening material depends on the degree of blade bluntness. The 360 coarse grade diamond is mainly used to restore the angle, lead out the edge and pre-sharpening, while the high-grade 1200 ceramics is responsible for the final sharpening, which precisely smooths the blade to a very high sharpness. The sharpener enables sharpening of steel and ceramic knives and cleavers.

User manual:
Place the sharpener on a flat and stable surface. Depending on the degree of damage / bluntness of the blades, use one or both of the sharpening levels (1 and 2).
Grade 1
It is used for sharpening ceramic knives and heavily dull steel knives. Sharpening is done by pulling (with minimal pressure) the entire cutting edge from the root to its tip through the slot. Repeat the operation until a satisfactory sharpness is obtained or the cutting edge is repaired.
Grade 2
It is used for quick sharpening or final smoothing of edges after initial sharpening. Sharpening is done by pulling (with minimal pressure) the entire cutting edge from the root to its tip through the slot. Repeat the operation until a satisfactory sharpness is obtained.
