When choosing a rug, it is important to pay attention to its thickness and the material from which it is made. The thinnest mats are recommended for yoga (up to 7 mm thick), it is important that the surface is non-slip, because stability is required during exercise. Thicker mats - about 10-25 mm thick - can be used for Pilates to be soft enough for exercise. And we offer the thickest mats (20 mm and more) for training with weights or gymnastics.
