The folding 70 mm blade is made of 420 stainless steel. Hardened to a hardness of 52-55 HRC, the blade dulls fairly quickly, but sharpens just as easily. Therefore, even with the help of an ordinary pocket sharpener, we are able to sharpen the knife efficiently in a short time, which is extremely important for a knife used in orcharding. 420 steel is characterized by high corrosion resistance, so it does not require special maintenance and care. The knife has a profiled handle made of lightweight and durable plastic, in which the blade completely retracts when folded.
