Its protein content contributes to muscle mass growth and maintenance. Ingredients Chocolate-Coconut: beef hydrolyzed protein (87.5%), cocoa powder, maltodextrin, vitamin premix (L-ascorbic acid, nicotinamide, dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, pteroilmonoglutaminsav, D-biotin, beta carotene, cyanocobalamin), a thickener (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), chocolate flavor, coconut flavor, sweetener (sucralose), L-arginine, L-glutamine, colorants (easy caramel), L-leucine, bromelain enzyme (1200 GDU ), inulin, L-valine, L-isoleucine.
RECOMMENDATION: mix 30g Beef Protein with 250ml water or milk. Use a shaker bottle for best quality. On training days, consume 1 serving immediately after your workout or 1 serving before the workout and another one after the workout. On non-workout days take 1 serving in the morning. Do not exceed the recommended dosage!
