The Kroon 160 cm bar is a straight bar that is perfect for all your strength exercises that you want to perform at home. Due to the shorter dimension the bar offers a solution for home use, where space is often a limiting factor. In addition, the bar has a diameter of 30 mm, weight disks that are usually used with bars and dumbbells for home use have a diameter of 30 mm. This avoids the need for buying bigger weight disks!
The bar has a good grip, which allows a comfortable execution of the exercises. In combination with an adjustable bench the bar offers a range of strength exercises.
