Haya Labs 5-HTP is a dietary supplement designed to make sleep calm and healthy. This becomes possible thanks to the supplement’s active ingredient 5-hydroxytryptophan, which is a highly active form of the amino acid tryptophan. And tryptophan stimulates the secretion of important hormones like melatoninand serotonin.
The Haya Labs 5-HTP supplement (the well-known name of the chemical compound is 5-hydroxytryptophan) is a derivative from the amino acidtryptophan. Tryptophan is transformed into 5-HTP in the human body – in turn, 5-HTP transforms into serotonin which is a powerful neurotransmitter in the brain.
