The Hip Thrust is the perfect exercise for developing the glutes, lower back and core. The Hip Thrust Bench is the ideal addition for this. You can easily mount the bench on both frames at the desired height. Other exercises that are possible: (Bulgarian) Split Squat, Step-Ups or Plyo-Pushes.
Note: The FT-HTB Hip Thrust Attachment is only suitable for the FT-30 and FT-40.
