The Venum Reflex Ball is an original training accessory, easily transportable, which will allow you to develop your coordination as well as striking precision. Similar equipment used many years ago, athletes like Vasyl Lomachenko have recently popularized this style of training, where you can now find this simple equipment in the training bags of almost all professional boxers.
The concept is simple: an elastic band connects a rubber ball to the fixture on your head. You will then strike the ball while controlling the intensity and direction of your punches. The use of the Reflex Ball does not require any other accessory and is therefore very easy to use, wherever youre training!
The Reflex Ball pack includes two rubber balls: each with a different resistance to better develop your reflexes and coordination.
The attachment band is adjustable and elastic.
