PU10 MULTI by HMS is an innovative and multifunctional board, used to perform arm deflection in the front support, i.e. pushups.

With its use, it is possible to train almost the entire upper body. This is done by changing the angle of the supports. Each such change allows you to engage a different muscle group, or the same muscle, which will work slightly differently, so that its development will be comprehensive. The plank enables exercises to develop the muscles of the chest, triceps, shoulders and back. Each muscle group is marked on the board with a different color, and the color is described, so that during training changing the position is quick and easy.
