Thanks to this, the grip will allow, with each exercise, to develop the muscles at different lengths of their attachments. At their widest points, the handles are angled, which helps to draw the elbows towards the torso during the pull-up exercise, thus maintaining a better exercise technique. During the workout, the grip allows you to engage alternative muscle attachments compared to straight grip exercises. This is facilitated by the extreme handles, set in a neutral grip.
