UW18 HMS, is a bar designed for upper and lower lift training. You can use it, what a whole range of exercises for different muscle groups, upper body. Starting from small muscle groups, such as biceps and triceps, through the front and side acton of the shoulder muscles, up to the widest muscles and the back extensor. The handles of the bar, are positioned perpendicularly and at an angle. This gives the possibility to change the grip, and thus, to fully engage the trained muscle, forcing to work, different muscle attachments. The rubberized handle, allows for a secure and comfortable grip. It prevents the instrument from slipping from the hands.
