Pivot Fitness HR3240
The HR3240 is made of Heavy Duty steel and can be loaded up to 280 kg. The magnetic J-Hooks and Spotters that join supplied can be used for all loose compound exercises. Free weight training is most effective when the user feel safe enough to squeeze out those extra few reps anyway.

Lat and Row Attachment
The Lat and Row Attachment is equipped with high quality heavy duty steel for a solid construction, and can be loaded up to 120 kg. To use the Attachment you must load the sleeves with Olympic discs (50 mm). You can also choose a 90 kg weight stack (PowerMark WS210).

High & Low Pulley
The Lat and Row Attachment can be used on both the bottom and the top. There are two footrests at the bottom of the Lat and Row to get the most out of your rowing practice. Below are some exercises you can perform:
