HOW TO EXERCISE:

• Sit on the saddle, lean back and grab bars.
• Squeeze poles apart and return to the starting position.
• Level of difficulty – medium/difficult
• The device is designed for adults and children over 10 years of age.
• Children under 14 years of age should remain under the care of guardians.
