Description

Lansky Medium S0280 is a medium graded ceramic stone used to impart an edge to the working sharpness.

The stone is intended for Lansky sharpening systems, and can also be used as a standalone whetstone. We use 280 gradation in the middle stage of sharpening in order to give the edge a working sharpness.

It is mainly used for moderately blunt knives that do not have a damaged cutting edge. Fits all Lansky sets.

The stone was mounted in a polymer housing with an ergonomic shape, equipped with a brass threaded insert for the guide (not included).

Clean the whetstone in warm water with a mild detergent.
