Description

Lansky LSS8CM is an 800 grade ceramic bar sharpener for kitchen and hunting knives, designed to quickly improve sharpness.

The construction of the sharpener is based on a ceramic sharpening rod (alumina) with a fine 800 grade and a comfortable wooden handle. Sharpening with the use of a bar sharpener involves pulling the entire cutting edge over the sharpening bar (from root to tip) with the same number of repetitions for both sides of the blade.

Unlike standard steel bar whetstones, the alumina rod is faster and less invasive, so you only need a few precise movements to restore the sharpness of our favorite "cooker" or hunting knife.
