Kershaw Blur 1670S30V is a versatile everyday knife with a blade made of Swedish 14C28N steel, a mechanism supporting the unfolding of the blade and anodized aluminum cladding.

Light and handy design

The Kershaw Blur is a very handy folding knife that was designed for everyday use and versatile use. The intended use of the knife is best emphasized by its optimal size, functional style and proven technical solutions.

The 76 mm long blade is made of Swedish 14C28N stainless steel hardened in the range of 58-60 HRC. Due to the high purity of the alloy, 14C28N steel is distinguished by high hardness, corrosion resistance and, importantly for the user, long-lasting working sharpness.

The slim blade with a usable recurve profile is completely covered with a black protective coating DLC ​​(Diamond Like Carbon). This wear-resistant carbon coating increases the external hardness of the steel, therefore it perfectly protects the blade against corrosion, wear and scratches.

Thanks to the concave cut and the cutting edge with a clearly rounded belly, the knife has excellent cutting properties and the blade does not get stuck in the material.

The thickness of the blade at its widest point is 3 mm, which is a compromise between the durability and functionality of the knife in everyday work.

Comfort of use

The blade can be conveniently unfolded with one hand using a double-sided pin, so that after removing it from the pocket, the knife is immediately ready for work.

This solution is convenient for both right and left-handed users, it also allows for comfortable use of the knife with gloves.

The opening process is facilitated by the SpeedSafe support mechanism. When you press the pinball blade, the support mechanism activates an internal spring that dynamically unfolds the blade, making the knife ready for use in a fraction of a second.

Blade lock

After unfolding the blade, it is securely locked with the liner-lock mechanism. The steel blockade strip ensures a high level of security, and its operation is very intuitive and convenient. A reliable lock is an important element that calls for the functionality and safety of a folding knife.

Interchangeable clip

Discreet carrying of the knife in a pocket is possible thanks to a profiled clip that can be mounted on both sides of the handle. Next to the clip, there is a hole for attaching a decorative paracord braid, which is very popular among most knife owners.

Trac-Tec aluminum cladding

The handle of the knife is made of light and durable 6061-T6 aviation aluminum cladding, which are attached to steel liners, which are responsible for the rigidity and strength of the structure. The Trac-Tec inserts are an element of the handle that significantly affects the comfort of using the knife.
