The Ruike M875-TZ is a modern EDC folder, equipped with an N690 steel blade, bearings, double lock and light titanium linings.
The Ruike M875-TZ is a knife from the new Premium series, in which the manufacturer uses the highest quality materials.
The knife has an 89 mm long blade made of Austrian N690Co stainless steel. The addition of cobalt ensures the homogeneity of steel structures, which increases the wear resistance of the blade and longer sharpness.
Contrary to the standard stainless steel containing 13% chromium, the content of this element in N690Co is 17%, which positively affects the higher corrosion resistance. The steel after hardening has a hardness in the range of 58-60 HRC, which is an excellent compromise between toughness and easy sharpening.
The working drop-point profile and flat grinding are perfect for an everyday tool, allowing for efficient and easy cutting.
The blade can be quickly unfolded with one hand thanks to the use of a flipper and ball bearings, made of special high-carbon chrome steel characterized by high hardness, wear resistance and high fatigue strength.
This ensures a very smooth, light blade operation and high usability. Transverse cutters on the back of the blade are used to support the thumb while working.
Two locks, a monolithic frame lock and an additional Beta Plus mechanism, which protects against accidental folding of the blade and prevents excessive deflection of the framelock, are responsible for work safety.
The knife's low weight of 110 g is due to the use of titanium cladding decorated with an insert made of G10 laminate and carbon fiber. The checkered cutters on the handle give the knife a modern and luxurious look.
The Ruike M875-TZ can be discreetly carried in a pocket using a deeply embedded clip that can be moved to the other side.
