Fenix HM60R is a trekking headlamp , equipped with a step frequency sensor that adjusts the brightness of the flashlight to the speed at which we are moving.
The HM60R headlamp has an aluminum structure resistant to falling and immersion in water, a powerful beam of 1200 lumens and a sensor that regulates the brightness of the light, which is an ideal solution for runners. The versatility of the headlamp is provided by as many as 4 LED emitters of different colors , and thanks to the built-in USB-C port, the 18650 battery can be charged in just 3 hours without the need for an additional charger. In such a modern lead, there was, of course, a battery level indicator, a waterproof IP68 housing and a comfortable band with reflective inserts.

Headlamp resistant to falls from a height of 2 m
The flashlight has a durable body, made entirely of A6061-T6 aircraft aluminum, thanks to which it has successfully passed the drop test from a height of almost 2 meters. The body is not only drop-proof, but also weatherproof and is fully submersible in water for 4 hours (2 m depth). The headlamp has a compact and relatively light structure (157 g with a battery) without external cables, thanks to which it can be used not only for many forms of outdoor activity, but also for industrial work, workshop repairs and other demanding applications. Convenient carrying of the flashlight on the head is ensured by a rubber band equipped with reflective inserts that increase our visibility and safety when moving at night on the road or trail.
One flashlight, 3 colors of light
The main light source of the flashlight is a powerful and economical SST40 diode , which emits a maximum flux of 1200 lumens with a cool color recommended for all applications requiring intensity and maximum brightness. The light passes through a transparent lens with an anti-reflective coating and is reflected from a smooth reflector. Thanks to this, the stream is highly concentrated and its working range is as much as 116 m.
In addition to the long-range emitter, the cutting edge uses a smaller XP-G2 diode with a maximum flux of 350 lumens . Its neutral light is evenly and efficiently diffused by a honeycomb collimating lens. Light with a neutral color faithfully reproduces the colors of the surroundings and does not strain the eyes, therefore it is widely used in industrial, workshop and electrical works, where the correct assessment of the color of the wire, fuse, etc. can be extremely important. To increase the versatility of the headlamp, the Fenix HM60R has an additional red light generated by 2 Everlight 2835 LEDs.Red light can be used for night map reading, emergency signaling, and vision adaptation in complete darkness. The rotating head of the flashlight allows for vertical adjustment of the beam angle in the range of 180 °, thanks to which we can easily control the light beam depending on the needs.
Battery included
Fenix HM60R is powered by the popular Fenix ARB-L18 18650 cell with a capacity of 2600 mAh, which provides up to 54 hours of operation in the low mode of 30 lumens, or up to 120 minutes of total lighting in Turbo mode (1200 lumens) . The headlamp can also be powered by 2 CR123 batteries, which, due to their resistance to low temperatures, are particularly efficient in winter.
The perfect headlamp for runners
The flashlight uses an innovative solution in the form of a step frequency sensor , which regulates the brightness of the headlamps along with the increase in the speed at which we move. Running at a speed of 150 steps per minute, the flashlight emits a light of 130 lumens. After increasing the pace to 220 steps per minute, the headlamp increases the beam to 200 lumens. So the faster you run, the more you see. Thanks to this functionality, the flashlight will be perfect as a running headlamp , regardless of whether you are jogging, orienteering or long-distance mountain running.
Built-in USB-C charger
The HM60R has a fast charging system via a discreetly hidden USB-C port . This practical and convenient solution allows you to charge the cell without the need for an additional charger. All you need is a standard USB-C cable and a power source, e.g. a power bank, laptop, desktop computer or car charger with a USB socket. A flashlight with a built-in USB-C port allows you not only to save money (to buy a charger), but above all, it provides convenience and the ability to charge anywhere. The high charging current of 1.5 A allows the battery to be fully charged in just 4 hours. Access to the charging port is obtained only after unscrewing the side switch, thanks to which the socket is properly protected against water, dust and dirt.
One button for everything
One enlarged button is used to operate the flashlight and change modes, which can be conveniently operated even in winter and work gloves. With the help of a silicone button, we can not only easily turn the flashlight on and off, but also change the color and brightness of the light. The user has 4 white light modes, 2 neutral light modes and a constant and flashing red light mode. The switch has an additional function that significantly increases the functionality of the flashlight. I am talking about the LED battery level indicator. During demanding work or exploration, it is worth checking the condition of the battery, which is why the HM60R flashlight features a low energy warning system and a simple indicator that informs the user about its condition (this function works only with Fenix ARB-L18 batteries).

Additional functions
The Fenix HM60R headlamp is equipped with a reverse polarity protection to prevent incorrect battery installation. The manufacturer also used an intelligent overheating protection, last mode memory function and a low battery warning. The flashlight has a high IP68 protection class , which means that it is resistant to dust, heavy rain, and even full immersion in water (2 m) for 4 hours. Therefore, the HM60R can be successfully used in all weather conditions and working in harsh environments.
