MGL250 HMS is 100% magnesium carbonate - magnesia. Magnesia prevents sweating of the hands and increases friction which allows for stronger and more secure grip. Used in the gym, where sweaty hands are associated with a risk of injury. Thanks to it, while training with dumbbells or barbells, you do not have to worry about the equipment slipping out. MGL250 is magnesia in liquid, its application is very simple, just spread it on your hands and wait until it dries. This takes a short while. Its advantage over magnesia in cube or powder is that it does not leave any traces and does not dirty the surrounding equipment.
