Description

Sada boxů pro nepřímé grilování slouží ke grilování pokrmů mimo přímé žhnutí z uhlí.

Metoda nepřímého grilování se používá u objemnějších pokrmů, jejichž příprava zabere více času, například celé kuře, žebra a další. Nepřímé grilování je pozvolné a nedochází u něj k nechtěnému připalování pokrmů.

Boxy se umístí do grilu tak, aby přímo nežhnuly na umístěný pokrm. Plní se již zažehnutým uhlím. Při grilování pak dochází k lepšímu rozprostření žáru.

Sada obsahuje 2ks těchto boxů z nerezové oceli. Každý box má rozměry 36 x 11,5 x 7,5 cm. Je vhodný jak do hranatých tak kulatých grilů patřičných rozměrů.
