.The free weight machine is used for isolated quadriceps thigh muscle exercises. The basic exercise performed on the leg push-up machine is pushing the weight on the overhead crane. .The legs of the machine use rubber feet. Such a solution allows both to maintain the stability of the equipment during exercise, and also protects the floor from damage. The upholstery of the crane is made of durable COATS core thread and synthetic leather, and each edge of the upholstery has double reinforcement. Thanks to the use of bushings at the machine, there is no need for an additional load rack. In addition, the bushings are covered with polyamide, which nullifies the possibility of the plates scratching them. The platform of the machine is covered with a rubber surface, which ensures safety and comfort during training. You don't have to be afraid of even the heaviest weight.
