Fenix E35R - a small flashlight for everyday use
The flashlight's tube is made of anodized aircraft aluminum, which guarantees high resistance to damage and robustness of construction. Thanks to the cross-moleting of the surface, the flashlight does not slip from the hand, and its grip is well felt. The flashlight has a handy size (120 mm), with the battery it weighs about 148 g, so it can constantly accompany us in our daily activities. Thanks to the elastic clip, the flashlight can be easily attached to a belt, backpack. A strong magnet built inside the battery cover allows us to attach the flashlight to steel surfaces, which allows us to perform activities that require the use of both hands.
The light source is a new generation LED LUMINUS SST70 LED, emitting a maximum light output3100 lumens at a distance of as much as 260 m. The cool-neutral light color reduces eye fatigue, provides more natural color rendition and better visibility of details.
The flashlight uses a frosted frosted lens and an orange peel reflector, which cause the light output to be evenly and widely dispersed, efficiently illuminating the center and sides of the scene ahead. The user has 5 modes of steady light: turbo, high, medium, low, eco, and one strobe flash mode. To operate the flashlight, there is a side button (made of metal), responsible for activating and changing light modes. Convenient location of the switch and clear interface ensure comfortable and user-friendly use of the flashlight.
Example use of modes:
- eco 30 lumens - momentary illumination in total darkness
- low 150 lumens - precise illumination of a place at a short distance
- medium 350 lumens - illumination of a path or sidewalk
- high 1000 lumens - illumination of the road
- turbi 3100 lumens - illumination of a slope, forest wall, etc.
- strobe - blinding an attacker, signaling position, calling for rescue.
Fenix E35R - edc flashlight on USB-C
Fenix E35R is powered by a rechargeable 21700 battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh. ARB-L21-5000 is currently the most capacious cell to power flashlights, providing much longer operation and constant current output.
The battery uses an innovative charging system in the form of a built-in USB-C port. This practical and convenient solution allows charging the cell without the need for an additional charger. For charging, all you need is a standard USB-C cable and a power source, such as a power bank, laptop, desktop computer or car USB charger. Thanks to this feature, you will save money (on the purchase of a charger), and also have the opportunity to conveniently charge the flashlight virtually anywhere.
The E35R flashlight also features a battery level indicator (LED in the side switch), protection against overheating and reverse polarity, and a low battery warning function. For the time of carrying the flashlight, the switch can be locked, thus protecting against uncontrolled discharge of the battery. The flashlight has a high IP68 rating, so it is resistant to full immersion in water at a depth of 2 m and a fall from a height of 1 m.
Battery level indications:
- constant green light: 100-85%,
- flashing green light: 85-50%,
- steady red light: 50-25%,
- flashing red light: 25-1%.
