The MH-W104 Overhead and Underhead Lift is another proposed accessory for Home line benches. This accessory will turn every Home line bench, which has the possibility of installing additional elements, into an expanded combine, allowing for safe and varied training of many muscle groups. In the production of the lift we used strong, Polish approved steel. The main structure of the lift is made of 40x40 mm profile, while the insert entering the bench is 35x35 mm wide, which will allow it to be mounted in Home series benches. This treatment allowed to achieve the tested durability of the device at the level of up to 140kg! Thanks to the use of three bearing-mounted guide wheels and a slide mounted on two plastic guides, the operation of the device is very smooth, and the slide does not rub the paint off the frame of the structure. A special sleeve prevents the cable from falling out of the guide wheels. We know perfectly well that after receiving the lift you would like to immediately start exercising. That's why in the set you get everything you need to start exercising right away: the lift, the slider, steel cables with snap hooks and rubber bumper and the long handle MH-C001. Rubber bumper In this model we equipped the end of the cable with a thick, rubber, ball-shaped bumper. It protects the pulley from damage that can occur when you let go of the bar after completing a series of exercises.
