What is SKILLBIKE for
The SKILLBIKE exercise bike is designed for cardiovascular exercise. Ideal forhigh-intensity interval training, endurance training, improvementpedaling techniques. Suitable for ordinary users and preparation forcompetitions of professional athletes.
Regular exercise with SKILLBIKE â„¢ strengthens the cardiovascular andrespiratory system, increase muscle tone, endurance and strength, normalize weightbody. The main load during training is received by the quadriceps and hamstrings,calf muscles and other leg muscles, gluteal muscles, stabilizer muscleshousing.

Personal adjustments

Transmission

Also, when changing gears, youyou can even choose the diameter of the imitation bicycle wheel - 36 and 52inch.Just like on a real bike, the shift knob is located on the handlebars.
Up and down
The simulator allows you to change the angle of inclination of the movement from -3% to + 15%: you cangodownhill or pedaling uphill without leaving the gym! Systemmagneticresistance makes it possible to experience the whole variety of activities: from easywalks before a grueling power workout.
As quiet as possible
This is a really quiet machine. Even with high intensity workoutsSKILLBIKE produces 22 decibels less noise than any analogue. At 130rpm you feel the same sound you hear from the engine insidethe included car. For analogs at the same speed, the sound reaches 95 decibels(noise level during helicopter takeoff).
Universal pedals
SKILLBIKE is equipped with reversible pedals: train in sportssneakers or use special cycling shoes with an SPD mount.Pedalson a standard bike rack, so if you want you can change them andinstall your own pedals on the simulator.
Improving training technique
The PEDAL PRINTING system analyzes every pedal rotation anddistributionefforts of the right and left legs. The obtained data are displayed in a visual form onconsole screen. This makes it possible to identify the asymmetry of movements and improvetechniquepedaling at all speeds on the exercise bike. Compared to peers, dataPEDAL PRINTING is easy to read even by beginners, allowing you to improvethe effectiveness of training at any level of training.

The console supports Bluetooth, ANT +, Wi-Fi, and is compatible withthird party apps STRAVA, GARMIN and ZWIFT. Full feedback
The console allows you to receive feedback on all training parameters:power in watts (the exercise bike is equipped with an accurate power meter witherror+/- 1%), rpm, wheel diameter, speed, gear, distance,incline,calories burned and other characteristics of the current activity.

Console contains targeted workouts, workouts with automatic controlpower or incline, 3 tests (Maximum Test, Fitness Test, FTP Technogym). Also youyou can create and save your own workouts.
