DC31 HMS is a bar combined with rubber bands, thanks to which we will perform a wide range of exercises. Lightweight device for versatile use. It can replace the thera band, with the difference that it will be more comfortable to use. It will prove useful in any type of training or rehabilitation. DC31 will be used to train both upper and lower muscle groups. It will find its application at any level of advancement of the exercising person. Rubber bands in three ranges of load will allow you to vary the intensity of individual exercises. With the use of the bar, we will also perform exercises increasing mobility, range of motion in the joints and motor coordination. Exercises may be performed by putting the rubbers on feet and performing movements with the bar, or the other way round, holding the bar with legs and stretching the rubbers. Thanks to additional handle, rubbers can also be attached to the door. This greatly enriches the range of exercises.
