EM03 HMS - is an apparatus for exercising the upper muscle groups. It consists of five springs mounted with hooks to two handles of durable plastic. Movable parts of the EM03 were made of steel. The material has an increased resistance to stretching. The strength of the resistance is regulated by mounting the appropriate number of springs. The device is an effective way to strengthen and slim your arms, chest, abdomen, back and pelvis. The expander can be used for general developmental exercises and rehabilitation.
