Description

FG01 Hand Gripz HMS are overlays for bars. They are made of silicon and are used to widen the diameter of the bar. After increasing bars perimeter, user has to increase the force needed to lift and hold it, making the whole training much more effective. Silicone, of which product FG01 HMS is made, makes the grip secure and comfortable, does not slip, gives a guarantee of safety during the workout. HMS grips are suitable for all bars, dumbbells and other weightlifting equipment that have a standard 29 mm diameter handle. They increase perimeter to 55 mm.
