Description

BCAAs consist of the 3 essential amino acids; L-Leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in 2:1:1 ratio and in high concentration. BCAAs meet diverse functions in terms of muscle growth, endurance, fat burning and regeneration and are therefore an absolute necessity for athletes.

In the high-dose tablets, first BCAAs are absorbed relatively quickly to activate their function. However, BCAA tablets in TST form are not absorbed as quickly so they can initiate a more effective muscle building process.

BCAAs are optimized with L-alanine and with B vitamin complex.

What can I expect from BCAA tablets?

The BCAAs are the only amino acid group, with an effect on muscle tissue, endurance, fatigue resistance, regeneration, speed, strength, reduction of fat deposits and overall well-being. Effects of supplementation with BCAA depend on your eating habits and use of additional supplements (protein, highly glycemic carbohydrates, and creatine).

A sufficient and constant supply of amino acid is essential amino for increase of muscle volume and strength. BCAAs are particularly important since they induce muscle building more than any other amino acids.

For a constant supply of amino acids, take an additional fast protein (mainly in the morning and after training) and slow protein and EAAs, which support the muscle-building effect of BCAAs and help to avoid muscle degradation.

Function and Impact:

BCAAs (especially L-leucine) stimulate muscle protein synthesis and muscle growth more than any other amino acid. This supports the synthesis of muscle proteins which is connected with muscle growth. First BCAAs in the form of capsules (not all in form of TST) are absorbed just 15 minutes after they are consumed and transported within 60 minutes into extracellular muscle tissue.

A new state-of-the-art tablet making process used when producing BCAA tablets significantly raises the amount of branched-chain amino acids to stimulate muscle growth, more than any other commercially available product on the market.

For this effect all 8 of the essential amino acids (EEA) have to be available. On top of that another 5 non-essential EAAs are available, which have virtually no direct effect on muscle growth. Nevertheless they are important for various other body functions (immune system, blood circulation, NO etc.).

Apart from being a material for muscle building and an “initiator” of muscle building processes, BCAAs have other exciting features for athletes.

BCAA, particularly L-Leucine, block fatigue transmitters at the blood-brain barrier and therefore the consequences of physical and mental exhaustion. Your concentration, liveliness, reflexes and speed are preserved for longer, which is a great advantage, especially in martial arts.

BCAAs, especially leucine, enhance the secretion of insulin. Insulin is more effective and more anabolic hormone than testosterone. The Insulogen effects of BCAA are reinforced by 3-O-D-chiro-inositol (D-pinitol), a calorie free alternative to highly glycemic carbohydrates that improve the transport of creatine and amino acids into the muscle.

The BCAA are also very helpful with diets as they stabilize the muscle mass. As a result of a low-calorie diet, muscle loss can be reduced by Amino Anabol. In addition, glucose levels in blood are kept relatively high even at low carbohydrate intake (low-carb diets) and stabilize your performance. As demonstrated in a study, BCAAs help to burn so called “brown” fat in problem areas such as abdomen, hips and lower back.

Because of the special effects of BCAA on human performance, BCAA's (especially leucine) have a certain dominance effect (leucine replaces fatigue neurotransmitters, other substrates and amino acids) and the ability to penetrate into muscle tissue faster than other extracellular amino acids. BCAAs are in fact only amino acids, transported from the digestive system directly into the blood stream and then into extracellular system. All the other amino acids however, although being released relatively quickly into the blood stream, are passed on from there into the liver where they are synthesized by all the possible endogenous processes. Unknown amounts of amino acids are then released back in the blood stream.
