Description

A set of Velcro-fastened weights Spokey Form IV is an equipment that perfectly complements your training. You can do many exercises with them, thus activating many muscle groups.

COMFORT

Velcro-fastened weights enabling comfortable and stable attachment during exercise. Thanks to the sand filling, the loads are flexible enough to easily adapt to the shape of the selected part of the body (wrist, ankle).

Choose the right one for you

The set consists of 2 weights of the same weight. Thanks to this, you can practice holding them in both hands, or increase the intensity by translating both into one. The availability in 5 different weights (from 0.5 to 2 kg) means that the user can choose the weight optimally adapted to his training goals.

The top layer is neoprene, whose properties additionally affect the body's activity - by increasing body temperature, they improve blood circulation. Velcro fastening is one of the most durable fasteners. Correctly fastened is characterized by very high reliability.
