Rowing machines are the most universal type of trainer. Both lower and upper body works when rowing on this machine. Also training on rowing machine increases stamina, heart and lungs condition. You don't need to choose olympic level, you can effectively train even on lightest level. The most important thing is to maintain correct posture and even breathing. If you are interested into buying rowing machine, you need to take into account these things:

  •        Freewheel weight. The more it is heavier, more fluently moving is.
  •        Maximum user weight. Ensure that no one exceeding this limit will use it.
  •        Kickback system that regulates movement fluidity no matter how bad your rowing is.
  •        Resistance levels. These levels (from lowest to highest) sets how hard your movement will be.
