Anti-Shock System Mawi-Tex Design
Examined and tested according to the requirement profile for anti-shock GS-SKB-04, issue 09/1987, supplement 1997 and quality controlled by FMPA-Stuttgart, Germany.
Combustibility rate according to regulation DIN 4102 = B2.
The surface with a pile height of 3 mm consists of 100% PP, back Resine Cfl, total height 5 mm with Dilour surface structure.
The total weight of the upper material is 680 g / m2 with a pole weight of 650 g / m².
As a carrier material for the anti-shock, an approx.15 mm thick cushion layer is used, resulting in a total height of about 19 mm.
Specification of the cushion layer:
Approx. 15 mm thick, closed-cell, permanently elastic PE foam of CFC-free production in homogeneous design.
Upper material and the cushion layer are welded together by flame lamination.
Form of delivery: available in panels and rolls, laminated or trimmed on the edges
Dimensions:
Panels: approx. 0.30 m wide (finished size, with a calculation width of 0.33 m)
approx. 0.47 m wide (finished size, with a calculation width of 0.50 m)
approx. 0.96 m wide (finished size, with a calculation width of 1.00 m)
Laminated rolls: width approx. 0.96 m finish size, calculation width 1.00 m
Trimmed Rolls: width approx. 0.98 m finished size, calculation width 1.00 m
The roll length is a maximum of 30 meters.
For all dimensions mentioned, customary tolerances must be observed.

MAWI "Tex Design Premium:
The material MAWI-Tex Design can also be delivered as premium version. Both the upper and the cushion layer are tested in accordance with fire protection standard B1. However, we expressly point out that the specification was made in individual tests and that no test in the group according to DIN 4102 = B1 within the meaning of the European Convention Venue Ordinance has taken place.
