Wide range of settings and training programmes
The ST02 offers 15 speed levels, allowing you to adjust the pace from 14 to 160 steps per minute, so you can customise the intensity of your workout to suit your needs. The device is equipped with a total of 40 training programmes, including interval and fat burning programmes, which ensures variety and effectiveness of workouts.
EMS system
Thanks to electromagnetic resistance control, the device operates quietly and without jerks, which significantly improves the comfort of use - especially in commercial spaces such as gyms or fitness clubs. The EMS system also allows for instant adjustment of the level of difficulty, ensuring immediate response to changes in speed settings. In addition, the lack of friction elements means that the mechanism has a longer service life, lower failure rate and does not require frequent maintenance.
Advanced measurements
The ST02 stair climber measures speed, number of steps, height, time, calories burned, pulse and body fat, enabling you to monitor your progress and adapt your training to your individual goals. A wireless charger allows you to conveniently charge your mobile devices while exercising. The intuitive control panel with speed control buttons and a start/stop button on the handlebar ensures simple and quick operation.
Safe use
The device is characterised by a durable construction, which guarantees stability during intensive workouts. Non-slip steps and a 35-degree incline ensure comfort and safety. A self-locking system and automatic stop in case of no load or load below 30 kg further increase the level of safety.
Intelligent lighting
The training stairs have been equipped with a well-thought-out lighting system that not only serves an aesthetic function, but also an informative one. A soft green light appears when the device is connected to the power supply and ready for use. A red backlight indicates that the equipment is active and training is in progress. When the steps are disconnected from the power supply, the backlight goes out completely. It is a subtle but very practical way to intuitively control the status of the device.
