PU12 MULTI PUSH UP BOARD HMS

PU12 by HMS is an innovative and multi-functional board designed to perform forward position arm bends, so-called push-ups.

Due to the board it is possible to train almost the entire upper body. It takes place due to change of the angle of the handles. Each such a change enables a user to engage another muscle group, or the same muscle but is works slightly differently. Hence, the development is more comprehensive. The board enables to work on the muscles of the chest, triceps, shoulders and the back. Each muscle group is marked with a different color on the board and the color is described.
