The knife uses a blade with a usable Drop Point profile, made of CPM-S20V powder steel hardened to 59-61 HRC. CPM-S20V is an American "super steel" whose parameters correspond to Bohler's elite M390 stainless steel.
Thanks to its high chromium content and high amount of vanadium carbides , the blade is characterized by exceptionally good corrosion and wear resistance, and very long retention of sharpness.
