Civivi Ki-V Plus folding knife C20005B-1 black

The Civivi Ki-V Plus is an EDC folding knife designed by Polish kinfemaker Ostap Hel. The blade is made of Nitro-V, a martensitic steel used in tools used in humid environments. It has been hardened to 59-61 HRC. The Wharncliffe type blade provides good cutting performance thanks to its straight cutting edge. The Bead Blast finish is aesthetically pleasing and prevents light reflections.

The folder is equipped with ceramic ball bearings, supporting the operation of the knife's opening mechanism. The Liner Lock makes the tool safe and trustworthy. The knife opens with a flipper.

The handle facings are made of G10 - a composite of fiberglass and synthetic resin, lightweight and not susceptible to mechanical damage. They were colored black. Smoothed edges of the liners improve grip security and make the knife fit well in the hands.

Thanks to the open backed design , the tool can be cleaned without much trouble. The manufacturer also took care of convenient transportation of the knife, equipping it with a one-sided clip.
