The head of the Civivi Elementum was forged from 14C28N stainless steel. With a lower carbon content and a higher admixture of chromium, the material is more resistant to corrosion. At the same time, the steel is tough and hard, holding an edge well. It is hardened to 57-59 HRC.

The knife has a Drop Point type blade. The small thickness of the blade here goes hand in hand with a high and concave grind. Thanks to this, the knife cuts very well, and the blade is resistant to mechanical damage. A section of the back of the blade is covered with the so-called upper jimping, a notch that allows the thumb to rest safely. This makes it easier to manipulate the folder, especially during work that requires greater precision and leverage.

Stonewash

Thanks to the Stonewash finish, the blade has been stained gray and covered with irregular, fine scratches that mask well subsequent scratches that occur during normal use of the knife.

The folder is equipped with ceramic ball bearings, supporting the operation of the knife's opening mechanism. The button lock keeps the tool secure. The latter is released by pressing a button located on one of the facings. Under the lock button is a spring, which provides enough resistance to prevent the knife from accidentally opening.

The Civivi Elementum has a handle made of brown mircarta, a composite made from a combination of pressure-pressed canvas and synthetic resin. The rough texture of the facings makes the knife fit well even in a sweaty hand. Thanks to the open backed design, the tool can be cleaned and oiled without much trouble.

The lower part of the handle features a hole for a rope or lanyard, while the upper part features a small brand logo.

The manufacturer also took care of convenient transportation of the knife, equipping it with a double-sided clip. It was constructed in such a way that the tool almost does not protrude from the pocket and is not conspicuous.
