The blade is made of Swedish Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel, whose composition and parameters can be compared to the popular 440A steel. Due to its high hardness, purity of composition, abrasion and corrosion resistance and regular distribution of carbides, the blade of Sandvik 12C27 steel maintains sharpness for a long time and can be easily sharpened even with a pocket sharpener.A knife made of such steel is a good choice for those looking for an inexpensive and efficient tool for the mountains, the woods or everyday use.
The blade, which has a utilitarian clip-point profile, has a gently curved cutting edge, a strong hilt and a flat grind. Such characteristics make the knife blade not only functional and durable, but also very efficient when cutting. Unfolding the blade requires the use of two hands.
