Taidea T0831D (360/600) is a double-sided diamond sharpener with gradations of 360 and 600, allowing sharpening of severely dulled knives made of highly hardened steel and ceramic knives.
On the plate coated with diamond dust there are indentations (not filled with diamond) responsible for collecting steel dust, generated during sharpening. This increases the efficiency of the entire process and makes it easier to keep the sharpener clean.
We do not need to use water or ceramic oil for sharpening.
Non-slip base, prevents the whetstone from moving during sharpening. A transparent cover is included.
