Pair of SR52 HMS adjustable dumbbells
The set includes 2 SR52 HMS adjustable dumbbells. Each dumbbell allows you to change the weight from 5 to 52.5 lbs, i.e. from 2.2 to 23.3 kg. Together, the pair provides a total training load of up to 46.6 kg.
The adjustment is made using two dials after placing the dumbbell on the base. It is a fast and convenient solution that replaces many traditional dumbbells, saves space and makes it easier to move smoothly between exercises.
More training possibilities
The LM4012 HMS bench is equipped with chest fly arms, which allow you to effectively train the chest, shoulders and arms. The arms feature 4-level resistance adjustment and 5-level mounting adjustment, so the setting can be adapted to your needs and fitness level.
The backrest has 8 levels of adjustment at the following angles: 0°, 30°, 40°, 50°, 60°, 70°, 80° and 90°. This allows you to perform exercises in flat, incline and seated positions, including dumbbell presses, fly exercises, shoulder, arm, back and core exercises.
Comfort, mobility and stability
The bench is equipped with transport wheels, which make it easier to move. After placing the equipment in the selected position, you can use the special lock — once pressed, the bench stands firmly in place. The maximum load of the bench is 150 kg.
The bench set also includes fly handles and an ankle strap, which increase the number of possible exercises and allow you to train both the upper and lower body.
