A set of dumbbells with adjustable loads in the form of cement plates. Thanks to the additional connector, two short bars can be connected into one long bar, thus obtaining a barbell. This solution gives us the opportunity for a more varied whole-body workout. Handles covered with anti-slip foam, increasing training comfort and grip.
