This 5 person wall bar is perfect for static, dynamic and core exercises.
It can be used during muscle strengthening sessions as well as for choreography, warming up and stretching.
It can also be combined with other components: The bench (Ref. 0045) can be attached to the wall bars to create a new obstacle during psychomotricity sessions. The detachable wall bar protection (Ref. 2370) is useful for working on all types of hanging exercises while extending out from the wall bars. It transforms into a ballet bar when placed lower. Finally, the half-bending bar (Ref. 2372) can be used for abdominal and back exercises.
