This half-bending foam module comes with a wall bar attachment system.
Asymmetrically shaped, it is useful for a wide range of abdominal and back exercises. It can be placed on wall bars or on the floor.
It can also be used for warm-up exercises, such as practising the splits.
It is also useful in educational circuits where it can be used as a foam springboard or to learn rolls.
It is quick and easy to install.
